RETURN POLICY
Store Purchase:
Return within 3 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).
Online Purchase:
Return within 3 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the DK Boutique online store (www.dkboutique.com.my). Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st January, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 3rd January.
- Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
- If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the product(s) to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.
- Product(s) sold at markdown prices due to defects cannot be returned.
- Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
- Only product(s) purchased in Malaysia can be returned.
- DK Ultimate (M) Sdn Bhd/DK Boutique reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
- DK Ultimate (M) Sdn Bhd/DK Boutique reserves the right to a final decision.
- DK Ultimate (M) Sdn Bhd/DK Boutique reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Return & Exchange Acceptance Period:
Within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Products that cannot be returned or exchanged.
We're sorry but we can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or if the video you have is edited/paused.
Email us the unboxing video and pictures of the products with your Order ID number to us. with subjects: "EXCHANGE IT PLEASE" no more than 3 days from the receipt date. Then, send us the product that you want to exchange to the address that you will receive in the email. Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following policies are not applied to Sale items. All Sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting

How to exchange for In-Store & Online Purchase:
Please follow the below steps to exchange your online/ in-store purchase:
1) Visit any DK BOUTIQUE physical store.
2) Bring along the original invoice/ purchase receipt and the product(s) with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
3) Queue at the cashier counter to request for a product exchange.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
DK ULTIMATE SDN BHD /DK BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible for delays by customs or local postal services. All overseas orders may be subject to import fees, duties, and taxes, which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, DK ULTIMATE SDN BHD /DK BOUTIQUE has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order, to avoid being surprised by unexpected charges.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. DK ULTIMATE SDN BHD /DK BOUTIQUE will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Items sold include regular, promotional, discounted items and once shipped and customers unable to pay import charges, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
DK ULTIMATE SDN BHD /DK BOUTIQUE do not accept return and refund for unpaid import charges, customs duties and taxes. If the items delivered is the correct items ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund. DK ULTIMATE SDN BHD /DK BOUTIQUE reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
